CTMH Memory Game Box Turned Mini Album

When this new box came out in the Fall 2011 idea book I just knew I could make a mini album out of it! Of course I was inspired to do this because I was taking Stacy Julian's Finding Photo Freedom class and had all these great pictures of Hilary sitting in her category drawer. So here it is!

I covered the box with CTMH Sophia paper, stamped the word "smile" and covered it with liquid glass to give it a little dimension and shine, added some bling to the flowers and another couple of stamped images.

The quote I added was a digital stamp from Designer Digitals just copied into word, printed and cut out.

The box comes with 24 3x3 squares to I simply covered them with more paper and then added a picture to each square. These are just cute pictures of Hilary that I wanted to showcase in some way. Needless to say she LOVES looking at this and took it to school the very next day to show off to her teacher and friends. This was a very easy project that anyone could make in an evening. It would make a great grandparent gift too.

CTMH Card Box Creations

Inspired by this project by Sara Batkin, I decided to make a Christmas 2007 mini album. Inside I put a collection of all the things we did in December as if I had actually done a December Daily that year.

Here is a picture of the album pulled out and you can see that I glued the last page into the box to secure it.

Here is the album with the flaps out. I could have added many more if I wanted to get more pictures in.

All of the products used are Close To My Heart except for a bit of ribbon and a few stickers from my stash.  The Believe Paper that I used is retiring at the end of January but the card box is still available.

I also decorated this card box to hold some Christmas cards that I want to keep.

Grab the Retiring Goodies Before They're Gone...

I received the new 2012 Spring/Summer Idea Book last week and I can't wait to share the new papers, new 3D items, new embellishments, and new stamps with you.
In order to make room for the new goodies, though, the old goodies have to retire.

Thank you very much to paper HeARTIST for creating the slideshow!
